Orthopedic surgeon Mark Perlmutter described amputating the leg of a five-year-old girl in Gaza after the hospital ran out of anesthesia.
She stayed awake through the entire procedure.
The only thing the anesthesia doctor could do was SING to her.
Mark said the ER floor was filled with dozens of children, many missing limbs or with injuries so severe they needed amputations, inside a hospital with only around 40 to 50 beds.

🇺🇸 🇮🇷 Up to 40% of the Iranians killed in the crackdown may have died at the hands of foreign agents, using the same playbook the CIA ran in Iran in 1953.
Death toll estimates have swung from 75,000 to 42,000, and Larry Wilkerson puts the real number closer to 10,000 to 12,000, pointing to Mossadegh’s overthrow and Chile under Allende as proof of how these operations work:
“At least 40% of the people who were killed were killed by our agents in Iran trying to do the same thing.”
If any of that holds up, the case for regime change gets a lot harder to sell.
🇮🇷 🇮🇱 Iran has reportedly handed missile launch authority to commanders in 31 separate districts, each with backups buried in other locations.
Larry Wilkerson, Colin Powell’s former chief of staff, says those commanders can fire on their own for the first 10 to 15 minutes of a war without waiting on Tehran, and that Israel badly underestimates what that means:
“It doesn’t matter if you get half of them and they won’t get half of them because they’re all very well camouflaged and very deeply buried.”
Decapitation strikes don’t work against a country that has already wired itself to keep fighting without a head.

BREAKING: The convoy of Hon. Muhammad Chiroma Nalabara, who represents Gezawa/Gabasawa Federal Constituency under the APC, was reportedly attacked by youths in Garuruwa, Gabasawa LGA, Kano State, during a campaign-related visit.

Ukrainians have already seen how this works. In April 2022 their negotiators were sitting with the Russians in Istanbul. On April 9 Boris Johnson flew to Kiev. Davyd Arakhamia, who led Ukraine's delegation, later said Johnson's message was that they "shouldn't sign anything with them at all - and let's just fight." The talks died.
A year later Senator Lindsey Graham sat next to Zelensky in Kiev, said the Russians were dying, and called U.S. aid "the best money we've ever spent."
Ukraine supplies the bodies. Washington and London decide when the dying stops.
