This is actually very telling, and illustrates the point perfectly.
The people screaming about Gaza present themselves as the conscience of the world. Yet when another humanitarian disaster is highlighted, they want to ignore it and drag the focus straight back to Gaza.
That rather gives the game away. This isn’t simply about human suffering. It’s about politics, an obsession with Israel, and the motivations behind that obsession deserve scrutiny.
