Awhile back I said I couldn’t stomach gin due to a previous bad experience of over doing it. I recently attended a YayMaker virtual class that taught Harry Potter themed cocktails - 3 of 4 used gin. We used Aviation - and I may have to redact my previous statement. @AviationGin
