When I went to @Tulane, in 2015, a dude in my dorm SA’ed a woman. He had school hearings. NOPD issued an order of protection. But no charges or expulsion. I saw him out one night & yelled at him. He took a video & sent it to the school. I was put on probation for “bullying”.
