i wanna make a jackbox game except it's a choose-your-own-adventure pseudo-DnD game, where the first play a dungeon master.
The winner is the party member that lives the longest (or a co-op mode where you try to slay the dungeon master)
I finished Metroid: Zero Mission (for the first time). Excellent game! I'm thinking of doing a chronological playthrough of all of Metroid. So next is... Prime 1?
Veritas Tales is pretty fun. If you're into stuff that's dungeons and dragons/CRPG adjacent, but particularly love the Japanese interpretation of it (Dungeon Meshi/Record of Lodoss War etc) I highly recommend it!
The Playstation 3 was fuckin' awesome by the way. Yeah, sure it was the generation that was the start of all of gaming's bad habits, but SONY was on the backfoot and they tried real hard.
I really hope the remake is radically different (gameplay-wise). What's the point of doing just another graphical overhaul?
I'm not counting on it, though.

I miss handhelds, bros. I miss them so much. Even the ones I didn't own. In an alternate world 11 year old me is deeply in love with his WonderSwan Color.
I don't even qualify the Switch. Don't get me wrong, the Switch (1) is actually kind of a great console in a world of boring consoles that all look and play the same (just flat PCs with a walled garden). But it's basically an Android tablet with a Nintendo OS and Mario Kart.
