Should be pretty easy to find out who these officers are and fire them. There is no justifiable reason for them to engage in unlawful actions, especially against an innocent member of We the People.
And of course, interrogate them to find out who directed this action.

Several videos posted on social media compile accounts from voters pointing to possible irregularities during the second round of elections in different states.
Among the complaints, there are people who claim to have arrived at the polling station and discovered that someone had already voted in their place.
Other voters report problems typing the number 22 on the electronic voting machine, stating that the image displayed did not correspond to their choice or that the key was not working.
There are also reports of instructions to cast blank votes.
