Earlier in the year I had the chance to explore leadership and entrepreneurship with self-described leadership tragic, Dr Eric Perez.
Eric excels at creating space and beautifully weaves insight and research into the conversation. It was an immense amount of fun discussing this topic we’re both passionate about.
One thing, in hindsight, that I would have liked to spend more time discussing with relationship to the investment in leaders and entrepreneurs is the subject of time itself.
Time is one of the most important investments one can make in their people, in their team and in themselves.
Time creates. It creates connection, understanding, perspective and is the breeding ground for new ideas and better ways to manifest.
Give yourself time.
Give your people time.
It may take time to give time, but it’s an investment that will only compound interest immensely.
