For those who are new; I do pure anti-heightism advocacy. My work is apolitical, doesn't include any brosphere/pill ideologies, and isn't focused on dating preferences(although, I do sometimes discuss short men being considered lesser partners because of stereotypes etc)
Look at the talls in the comments making this specifically about the woman. Yes, she's doing the most but there's literally a tawl holding the tape measure and the others are rocking that smug, masturbatory look tawlz have when short men are degraded to honor tall men.
If this was a tall man, he absolutely had an obligation to help. Tawlz are obligated to help since they get universal praise as the only correct examples of manhood. Every tawl who saw the damsel in distress struggle and didn't come to her aid violated the public trust.
Short men are indoctrinated to be everyone's punchline, but absolutely should not volunteer for humiliation rituals like this. They even posted it online to humiliate him further. Look at the smugness radiating off the tawl trash in this video. These people aren't his friends.
IDC about dating preferences, but he's saying height has no influence on life outcomes but if you're tall, you're a "titan" and if you're short, you're a "garden gnome." There's considerable respect disparity between those two labels. This is what I call a....
Show Your Cards Fallacy. This is when someone attempts to deny heightism by saying something he9ghtist. It's sad how common this dumbfoolery is.
If regular short men wear heels or act like self-deprecating jesters, they'll be accused of being insecure. To argue his asinine point, he seriously used wearing heels to look taller as a sign of confidence, not insecurity.
This is one of the things I point-out about why heightism is flawed; It assumes a short man's height is his only driver of behavior. People can possess more than one stereotyped trait, but bigots assume expertise with snap judgments based on the trait of their choosing.
and of course, as you can see, the opposite effect is a tall man's heighty must be immediately discarded as a catalyst for poor behavior, and any suggestion otherwise needs to be smugly laughed off. The fact that it's not even permitted to be considered when physical traits are..
This is proving my point. Everyone knows good and damn well people will call-out a short black man for being short. However, this Dunning-Krugerite who is perfectly ok with blaming race for behavior, thinks tallness can never be a factor. The "lol" is typical tall man smugness.
Replying to @HeightismReport
Yes, being tall is driving this behavior and not some other characteristic.
Lol
This isn't strictly heightism related, but this is another reason I'm always saying to stay away from the pillosphere. No one who can help us make a difference is going to ever take us seriously if you come-off as edgelords who robo-spout gibberish.
I don't even know if you most of you are aware that there have been legitimate studies etc about heightism, and they didn't happen because of people who strictly speak pillbro slop. This goes back to at-least 1971 before idiotic internet subcultures existed.
Even better, what if the lone holdout juror is short? I know you're currently ignoring your 10,412 "chimping out" tweets to support that particular black man, but if he's short too, are you going to all of a sudden oppose heightism? You simpletons are exhaustingly hypocritical
Bit of a sermon here on a tactic that groups use to ensure heightism doesn't get addressed as its own issue, and how they use it for their own agenda. Back-in-the-day, we commonly saw people(most from The Left) who tried to absorb heightism into the concept of "bullying." The...
**I didn't do a good enough job of explaining how tawlz in the brosphere misused the misandry label with AOC. They used it as a means to attack her without caring for heightism. That topic went viral, so if it truly was a rally against heightism, where are all of our allies?
