Douglas Fir Double IPA brewed with @NadurCollective. Michelin Star @LiathRestaurant paired this with meadowsweet ice cream. Jack Lenards won @eurotoques_ireland young chef of the year pairing this beer with roast loin of Sika deer. Creating this was an absolute pleasure.
