My Shirahoshi guide is out!
The meta has shifted quickly in the past week but I still believe that the deck is strong.
I cover the Rocks and RG Luffy matchups extensively and have over 1 hour of gameplay each.
I also believe that this is the strongest deck in the Heroines Battles.
This my first solo guide so I hope you enjoy it! It contains everything I know about the deck. I'll continue to update it as I learn more and as the meta evolves.

Ranked locals… This is so sick 😭😭
riftbound is basically adding ranked mode to paper play in 2027.
here's the simple version:
• good finishes earn LP and raise your rank. gold/platinum get early ticket access.
• a separate leaderboard counts your best results to award invites. your rank alone doesn't qualify you.
• tokens are free tournament tickets. regional tokens cover entry; continental tokens put you straight into day 2.
• continentals are open to everyone. you can qualify through friday without a token.
• regionals now start FRIDAY. go 5-2 or better to make saturday.
important: you need day 2 at regionals/continentals to earn any LP.
i like that consistent finishes can get you somewhere without needing to win the whole thing.
I think bandai figured out a while ago that they shouldn't build color identities around keywords, and now they're building them around methods of interaction. Every color will do everything but HOW they do it will differ. Way easier to design by vibe that way lol

Does this effect apply to characters that hit the field after it's played? Ie if you bring something out on trigger on opponent's turn, then they rest it and attack it, is it immune? I'm assuming no, similar to OP04 sabo effect?
