Epidemic 👏 size 👏 is 👏 driven 👏 by 👏 what 👏 low-risk, 👏 not 👏 high-risk, 👏 people 👏 do! #FlattenTheCurve
For those wondering if you as a low-risk person need to do #SocialDistancing for #COVID19, please read this page (skip the code) by James Holland Jones. Bottom line: epidemic size is driven by what low-risk, not high-risk, people do! eehh-stanford.github.io/gcei…

This is such a classic Holt paper. It seems to make sense that increasing abundance indicates that we are moving away from the limit of a species niche and towards suitable habitats. Simple models show why the reverse is likely to be true in many cases. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/…
