Network TV destroyed itself when it opted for single run, lower budget, reality tv shows, rather then continuing the tradition of real story telling, with character driven shows, that people would return to watch over and over again, like family. #SAGAFTRAstrike

Time to re-assess our antibiotic protocol for PPROM??? Cefuroxime+roxithromycin with improved obstetric outcomes #SMFM23 #pretermbirth

New research in PPROM: Ampicillin + roxithromycin led to higher infection rate and neonatal adverse outcomes compared to cefuroxime + roxithromycin. Should this change our practice? #PPROM #pretermbirth #SMFM23 bit.ly/3l54kBu

#SMFM23 Plenary on the Pessary… we want to love you, but never can make it work… speaking of, @fei_cai_md and I have a @creogsovercoff1 podcast coming out this weekend on #pessary! For prolapse and incontinence, not PTB… but maybe we can do a PTB dive eventually!
Of those with a pessary, 4.7% also had a cerclage… hmm. #smfm23
