Would Rassie have treated Handre or Willie the same way he has treated Am and Mapimpi? I'm talking getting to your milestone. Nothing more, nothing less. Willie, Percy, John Smit all crawled to their 100ths and Rassie can't find 4 game for Mapimpi?

I love the culture of shared plates… ordering all the faves on the menu and sharing 🥺…. One of the best parts of Asian dining.
South African running culture is great but also toxic. Why do people they can go from couch to the Comrades marathon.
People signing up for a 90km ultramarathon when they haven’t even completed a marathon.
I am speaking from experience because I rushed my progression from half to full… and paid the price in injuries and health care costs.

There are only 18km seperating Delft and Newlands but the Spatial separation of Apartheid in Cape Town is so good that all those sitting at Newlands watching cricket won’t even feel a ripple from the insanity that’s burdening their work force today in the Townships. 🤡🤡

90k in Belgium is not the same as 90k in SA
Belgium is stepping up efforts to recruit skilled South African workers, offering salaries of up to R90,000 a month, relocation assistance and as many as 42 days away from work annually, including public holidays.
