À l’ère de l’intelligence artificielle, il devient urgent de distinguer l’art humain de ce qui est produit par les machines. Il existe une différence ontologique, avant même d’être esthétique, entre l’art et ce qu’une machine peut générer par calcul statistique à partir de millions d’images créées par d’autres. L’étincelle humaine manque aux algorithmes. C’est pourquoi l’Église souhaite renouveler une alliance avec les artistes et les institutions culturelles : une alliance pour préserver l’humain.

Je tiens à exprimer ma reconnaissance au peuple français et à tous ceux qui ont rendu possible mon #VoyageApostolique en France. Je remercie Monsieur le Président de la République et les différentes autorités civiles ; les évêques et les prêtres, les diacres et les personnes consacrées, les fidèles laïcs et tous les bénévoles qui ont collaboré. Continuons à marcher ensemble, unis dans la sainte Mère l’Église, pour la gloire de Dieu et au service de son Royaume d’amour, de justice et de paix.

Je voudrais partager quelques réflexions sur mon récent #VoyageApostolique en #France, placé sous la devise « Pour que le monde ait la vie » (cf. Jn 6, 51). Dieu seul, par sa grâce, peut restaurer l’Église et renouveler l’humanité, et c’est précisément ce qui se passe à Paris, à Lourdes et à Metz.

🇵🇸🇻🇦 “The Holy See reiterates its call for an end to the ongoing violence against the Palestinian civilian population in the West Bank, particularly the escalation of hostilities, home demolitions, and movement restrictions driving the displacement of Palestinian communities.
On the situation in Gaza, the Holy See remains concerned about the dire humanitarian crisis, the widespread destruction, mass displacement, and the severe persisting shortages. In this regard, we urge the international community to work towards advancing the two-state solution, with a view to bringing about a just and lasting peace.”
