Really bad form. @TimHortons Didn’t even acknowledge my last tweet. A simple coffee order and staff got it wrong. Served me tea! #badcustomerservice I should have gone back. Was too far from the store. 1521 Yonge St. When I realized. #timhortons
How can @TimHortons serve me tea when I ordered coffee! Today at 1521 Yonge St. I was 4 blocks away or I would have gone back. #badcustomerservice

Manager @enercare says will call me back by noon today trying to “escalate” the service call with “planning dept”. What do you think? Will I get the call? Yes? No? #NoACtwoweeks #80F #badcustomerservice #enbridge
Customer service @Enercare say what you want to hear. Spoke to Harold & Manny. Both promised supervisor call within 1 hour. No call. Called a 3rd time. Finally a supervisor. You need to call 3 times to speak to a supervisor. NO AC 2 weeks. #badcustomerservice #enbridge
