@TheFFBallers can we get a Bohemian Rhapsody drop for Cam Skattebo?
Every time he's talked about on the show I wonder if he'll do the fandango.

Hi @JWhitePubRadio … I’m on hold right now to talk on your radio show about your topic of male loneliness. We truly have found a (the) solution in @f3nation.
I’ll prove it by showing how many shares this post gets.
I hope I get to a chance to share!
Stoked to celebrate my 8 year Manniversary with @F3Nation by leading the BD at #Stokasaurus.
I've seen F3 change 100s of men's lives, including my own. So grateful for this movement. Especially the Goofballs from @F3NorthSanDiego who brought a cake and balloon to COT today.

Congrats to Caveman, the newly crowned champion of our 3rd annual QvQ tournament! The coveted Golden Cindy is now his!
Every week, 2-3 Qs competed for the vote of the PAX with only 1 man advancing. Votes are based on (1) creativity (2) difficulty and (3) leadership of the Q.

Our crew was asked mid-beatdown to stop and build a stage for an Easter event happening at our AO.
Proud of our guys for putting down their agenda and taking up an unexpected call to lead in our community. Also, the guy who asked us to help is 100% Santa.

#SkyQ doing what He does.
We broke above the clouds just as we reached the summit of Mt Calavera on this morning's Resolution Ruck. The view was breathtaking; the fellowship strong. Men set goals to become better in 2025, and agreed to hold each other accountable.
This is @F3Nation.

Fitness. Fellowship. Faith.

These HIM carried over 600lbs of canned goods for the SD Food Bank through 7 miles of foggy Gloom.
Today was our 4th annual Jingle Bell Ruck - one of our favorite Christmas traditions.
T'was an epic morning with an awesome group of men.

ALT Win graphic for NLDS Game 3 vs. the Dodgers at Petco Park. The background of the graphic is a gold sky with white clouds and palm trees. Small text at the top of the graphic features the MLB 2024 NLDS logo, “Game 3” and today’s date: October 8, 2024. Next to that, is tonight’s final score: Padres 6, Dodgers 5. Below that, large text reads “WIN”. In the center of the graphic, there is a large photo of Fernando Tatis Jr. looking up to the sky and yelling that overlaps over the “WIN” text. They are all wearing the Padres home white uniform. In the bottom left corner of the graphic, there is a white “Fight for the Faithful” logo.

@F3Nation is open to all men, but that doesn't mean it's a sausage fest.
... unless your brother Gabagool hooks you up with a tour of his sausage factory. In that case, yeah, I suppose it is a sausage fest.

It's a Cinco de Mayo tradition in our region - TACO RUCK!
5 miles. 5 taco shops. 1 taco at each stop. With this crew, it's always an epic time.
This year's route: Colima's, Primo's, Valerie's Taco Shop, Josés Taco, and Los Tacos.
This is one of my favorite moments from GTE45. Honored do this event with such outstanding HIM beside me.
Leave no man behind, and leave no man where you find him.
After a beautiful 6 mile ruck at Camp Pendleton, we got a real treat. Pooper Scooper let us get up close and personal with a few whirlybirds.
It was pretty epic.
