200 COVID home test kits for age 70 and older residents today. Saturday 9a-12p (or until out) for other residents at DPW, 395 Woodville Rd. Drive up distro. Proof of residency required.

Southern RI MEDS POD mission is complete. This is some of the Command, administrative staff & some of our regulars. We couldn’t have done this without the 400 volunteers who dedicated over 6,000 hrs of time to administer 12,000 doses over 4 months for our communities. Amazing!

By days end 1,350 southern RI first responders and healthcare providers will have their 1st vaccination for COVID-19 over 4 days. A great regional collab btw the towns of Charlestown, Hopkinton, Jamestown, Narragansett, North Kingstown, Richmond, South Kingstown, and Westerly.

Back at it again today. Hopkinton EMA was POD Commander for the morning shift. Another 400 first responders and healthcare workers vaccinated today! Passed the command baton to Richmond EMA for the afternoon shift. 250+ tomorrow.
