They are terrible. Delivered a parcel for me to my next door neighbour. By the time I knocked next door they had re-visited him and taken the parcel back to the depot. Just useless.
Hi @RoyalMail Waited in all day for a parcel that was sent 24hr delivery. Just received a text informing me that delivery was attempted but address was inaccessible. Where and to whom do I complain about this downright lie? No attempt was made and my address is not inaccessible.

In 2015, the UK introduced the 5p charge for plastic carrier bags. Minimum wage was £6.70 an hour, meaning you could buy 134 bags with an hour's work.
Fast forward to 2026. Minimum wage has increased to £12.71, but carrier bags now cost around 40p each.
That same hour of work now gets you just 31 bags.
So the price of carrier bags has gone up 700%, while wages have only increased by 89%.
If minimum wage had kept up with the price of plastic bags, we'd now be earning £53.60 an hour.
Even plastic carrier bags are outperforming wages in this country.
We're getting robbed.

Heading to the USA and travelling with @British_Airways - who I’ve flown with for years.
And to guarantee we sit next to our children for 10 hours, we have to pay £800 on top of the ticket price. 😳
This is simply a tax on parents. If we were not travelling with our children we wouldn’t need to pay it.
How is that fair or even legal?

Hey @AldiUK this letter you’ve sent my son is intimidating. You never mentioned to him that he was over paid, threatening him with debt recovery action and asking for immediate payment (on a date 2 weeks before you’ve even sent the letter) is awful. You made the mistake not him.
