🇺🇸 Expands healthcare access nationwide
🇺🇸 Cuts out red tape that delays opening new VA's
🇺🇸 Supports Gold Star families
It's time to deliver the Take Care of America's Veterans Act. Chairman @RepBost today:
House Republicans have been leading critical pieces of legislation that would make a REAL difference in veterans’ day-to-day lives.
@RepMMM’s No Wrong Doors Act, which is in the Take Care of America’s Veterans Act – would open more doors than ever for mental health care access.

As a 24 year army veteran, I was proud to attend the Muscatine County Veterans Affairs Outreach event to award the Atomic Veterans Commemorative Service Medal and certificate to Electrician Third Class Daniel A. Huss in recognition of his military service and role in nuclear testing in 1961.
Thank you Daniel, for your service and sacrifice for our nation. 🇺🇸

It was an honor to recognize 12 outstanding Veterans of the Year for their service to our country and their continued commitment to serving our communities.
Our veterans have made tremendous sacrifices, and it is our responsibility to ensure their service is never forgotten. My office remains committed to supporting our veterans and their families long after their time in uniform has ended.
Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees, and thank you for your continued service to our nation and our community!
House Republicans are fighting to:
⚕️ EXPAND veterans’ access to community healthcare
💪 STRENGTHEN mental health services
🤲 EXPAND TBI research
⚙️ MODERNIZE how VA delivers healthcare

This is great news for veterans of OH-5 who receive services and treatment at the Cleveland VA.
After several years during the Biden administration where the Federal Electronic Health Record system rollout was put on hold, our veterans can now expect higher efficiency at the VA when it comes to the handling of health records.
This is a meaningful step forward in improving VA services for our veterans, whose service and sacrifices deserve our deepest respect, gratitude, and unwavering support.

Today at lunch, I joined our Korean War and Vietnam War veterans, who had just returned from their Honor Flight.
It was great to hear their stories and thank them in person for their service to our nation. 🇺🇸
America’s veterans deserve health care close to home and their benefits on time – without piles of bureaucratic paperwork.
@HouseGOP has been working hard to make that a reality by leading the Take Care of America’s Veterans Act to expand healthcare options.

Since the start of the 119th Congress, House Republicans have gone to work – from leading and passing bills that expand economic opportunity for veterans – to holding hearings to ensure veterans get the healthcare care they deserve.

On this National Day of the Deployed, we honor the brave men and women serving our nation around the world, standing on the front lines to defend our freedoms.

I joined the Armed Services YMCA of Hampton Roads for their Military Family Festival and Resource Fair in Virginia Beach today…! Our military families make tremendous sacrifices in service to our nation, and events like this are a great way to bring our community together while connecting families with valuable resources and support. Thank you to the @asymca and everyone who helped make this special day possible for our military families…!
The Take Care of America’s Veterans Act puts Gold Star families first – by strengthening survivor benefits and increasing veterans’ access to healthcare – no matter where they live.
Thank you for your leadership, @RepMMM! 🇺🇸👏
It’s always an honor to meet with Iowa Gold Star Families and hear their stories of loved ones lost through military service and sacrifice.
I’m grateful to listen to their experiences and for the opportunity to discuss how we can continue strengthening benefits, protections, and support for surviving families.
They strongly urged Congress to pass the Take Care of America’s Veterans Act and deliver the support they earned.
The Take Care of America’s Veterans Act includes 60+ bipartisan bills, including the Sharri Briley and Eric Edmundson Veterans Benefits Expansion Act.
House Republicans – like @RepTomBarrett – are leading the charge to make sure severely disabled veterans and survivors get the support they need.

This morning, I spoke at the Veteran Stand Down, a welcoming place where homeless and at-risk veterans can connect with caring community members, access essential services, and take meaningful steps toward stable housing and improved well-being.
Our #CO05 casework team was one of the many groups there as a resource for our veterans needing help with a federal agency.
El Paso County is home to one of the largest veteran populations in the nation, and it was inspiring to see so many in our community come out to help.

As an Army veteran and former police officer, I know how important it is for families and veterans to have access to the resources they need when times get tough.
It was great visiting Weld Project Connect in Greeley, where more than 70 FREE services are available to help Coloradans get back on their feet.
Thank you to everyone making this possible! 🇺🇸
"Serving veterans also means fighting for them in Washington and ensuring our nation keeps its promises to those who served and to their families, caregivers and survivors. That is why @AMVETSHQ strongly supports the Take Care of America’s Veterans Act."

House Republicans are laser-focused on rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse.
Economic Opportunity Chairman @RepVanOrden led a hearing earlier this year on cutting fraud in VA’s VR&E program to safeguard this benefit for disabled veterans – not bureaucrats.
