It's not my first time doing 'the run', but each year it gets harder as I get older and fatter. Here is me last year at mile 10. There are a lovely group of people who hand out free beer to the runners as they go past. Not sure it helped but it was nice anyway. (3/4)
Spent a fantastic couple of hours this afternoon with residents. A pleasure to be asked to be one of the judges for the annual garden competition orgainsed by the Victoria Geldof Communtiy Group in York. The standard was so high. @theJRHT

Taken a day off today to go and watch my son make his debut at @YorkshireCCC's Headingly in the regional schools Yr 3/4 finals. Very proud of him but also slightly annoyed he has already managed to surpassed my entire sporting achievements by the age of 8.
