Rolled the credits on Gears of War E Day and it was definitely a ride. Not quite sure where I place it on my Gears of War list yet. Hope you all enjoy as well.

SNES #TecmoSuperBowl, 32 teams, now has real defenses. Call goal line, 3-4, 4-3, nickel or dime before the snap, and the offensive line reacts to the front you show.
Every team in the SNES build has a 37-man roster with real depth, and each club runs its true base defense. 20 teams are a 3-4, 12 are a 4-3. Injuries and depth finally matter.

The NES 32-team #TecmoSuperBowl now plays like today's NFL. Both teams get the ball in overtime, you can go for two, and there are real kickoff and punt rules, with a new OPTIONS page where you set your own quarter length.
Computer teams in the NES build now play smarter. They go for it on fourth down when the game calls for it, hurry when they're behind, run the clock when they're ahead, and quarterbacks throw it away instead of taking a sack. Games are tighter and less predictable.
Small things add up: returners play like their own ratings, fewer fumbles, onside kicks with SELECT, a play book that stays for the whole season.
Update #5 for the NES 32-team build is up; sblueman.com/tsb-2027-base-s…

I’ll never forget the day Coach Locksley offered me. He & his staff believed in me/supported me at every turn. Coach Locks helped me fall in love with Maryland, the program, and the people. I’ll always be grateful for that, and he’ll forever be one of the most influential people in my life.
I remain COMMITTED to Maryland!
