A QUESTION THE METROPOLITAN POLICE SHOULD NOW BE ABLE TO ANSWER
In 2023, the Metropolitan Police defended Judicial Review proceedings concerning CRN 6029679/21.
This new paper asks a deliberately careful question:
Was the factual and evidential case presented to the Administrative Court complete?
There is an important distinction here.
I do not presently suggest that Police Solicitor Andrew Holt deliberately withheld evidence. The material presently available does not establish that.
The question is subtler and potentially more important.
The Court had before it Exhibit PH10B - Tor Garnett's letter acknowledging that the allegations had been:
“reviewed/investigated to determine whether a crime should be recorded.”
What the Court apparently did not have was the subsequently disclosed national policing material showing that, during that same period, the Metropolitan Police crime report was the subject of a “peer review assessment”, with the Operation Talla team tasked to share its result with “all chiefs.”
That matters.
Judicial Review proceeds upon a particular duty of candour. The public authority is required to assist the Court by providing the factual information necessary fairly to understand the decision being challenged - the familiar principle that “all the cards face upwards on the table.”
So the question for the MPS, and particularly for those responsible for preparing its defence, is a perfectly proper one:
What enquiries were actually undertaken in 2023 to establish the complete factual circumstances surrounding the review/investigation of CRN 6029679/21, its peer-review assessment, the involvement of Operation Talla and the ultimate decision not to record crime?
There should be no need for speculation.
The contemporaneous records should provide the answer.
What was searched?
What was found?
What was known?
What was provided to the lawyers?
What was provided to the Court?
And what was not?
That is the question this paper asks and it is a question which deserves a documented answer.

🚨 FLORIDA IS PUTTING IVERMECTIN INSIDE A $140 MILLION CANCER RESEARCH EXPERIMENT
Something important is happening at the state level in Florida, and it’s beyond any other cancer research.
The Florida Cancer Innovation Fund was created in 2023 and has now received $140 million in total funding.
In the program's third-year funding announcement, Florida primarily said that the priority would be given to research involving nutrition, fasting, emerging cancer treatments, and the repurposing of generic drugs such as ivermectin for cancer treatment.
IVERMECTIN IS LITERALLY IN THE RESEARCH PRIORITIES 😲
That doesn't mean Florida has declared ivermectin a cancer treatment.
It means researchers are being given funding to actually investigate the question.
The 2025 funding opportunity prioritized 12-month clinical trials, measurable outcomes, and translational research, alongside nutrition and generic-drug repurposing.
Florida subsequently awarded $60 million through the 2025-26 cycle and opened another $70 million funding round for 2026-27.
FROM “DON'T TALK ABOUT IT” TO “LET'S STUDY IT”
The conversation around cancer isn't limited to one type of treatment.
Florida's funded research portfolio includes work involving nutrition, fasting, diet, exercise, precision medicine, emerging treatments, and new models of cancer care.
And now Ivermectin is explicitly part of that broader research agenda.
Whether these approaches ultimately produce meaningful improvements for patients is something the research has to determine.
