🚨NEW: A group of seven Senate Democrats, including @gillibrandny, @MarkWarner, @SenRubenGallego and @Sen_Alsobrooks, say they are “committed to working in a bipartisan fashion” to pass the Clarity Act.
The statement comes amid early efforts to restart bipartisan talks and gauge the appetite on both sides for returning to the table and getting the Clarity Act passed before the end of the year, according to three sources familiar with the discussions.

Today, the UK FCA finalized its crypto regulatory perimeter, with applications opening September 30.
The timing is notable: the U.S. Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act yesterday. While U.S. market structure legislation remains stalled, the UK is moving toward implementation.
Trading platforms, custody, stablecoin issuance, dealing, arranging and staking will fall under FCA authorization when the new regime takes effect October 25, 2027.
Public respondents included Digital Asset (Canton), Solana Research Institute, Circle, Fireblocks, Franklin Templeton, BNY and others.

Being able to accumulate $XRP at these prices (at the time of tweet $1.37) should almost be criminal.
Regardless of what happens with the Clarity Act today, we’ve been given an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to position ourselves over the last year.. at some point, we’re going to look back at these prices and wonder how the hell they lasted this long.
