I'm excited to show everyone the new version of @joinstacked soon! development wise, we're nearly feature complete. now we can focus these next few weeks on polish... perfecting all those tiny details that make a product feel exceptional. it's those thoughtful touches: hover states, haptics, loading animations, and delightful moments that show our users we truly cared about our craft when building this product. in the past, i've often rushed half baked products to market before they were truly polished. I told myself it was about getting customer feedback quickly, but honestly? I was never fully convinced those ideas were going to work. I felt like I just had to keep moving. I wasn't truly all-in. this time, I'm confident we've created something people will get excited about. when you truly believe in what you're building, taking extra time for polish doesn't feel like a compromise... it feels necessary. "succeed or fail, you'll look back on this product one day as some of your proudest work!" I proclaim to my team. after a decade of building startups, one thing remains clearer than ever: you've got to be all in on your product or it'll never have a chance at succeeding.
