They could never, ever, survive and endure what we have as a fan base. Self entitled, fair weather fannies.
Green Brigade statement: - withdrawing from Home Cup Ticket Scheme - not attending Europa League home matches or any Scottish Cup fixtures - decision taken due to growing concerns at the direction of the club, contempt for fans, treatment of the Green Brigade and individuals

The African who delivered a fatal blow to Swede Christian Zedig in Copenhagen on June 30th has been sentenced to one year in prison. One fucking year. The off duty police officer was watching a world cup game in a fanzone when he was attacked trying to break up a fight.

🇬🇧 In London, the police forbid people from walking their dogs in neighborhoods where Muslims live so that they don't feel offended. Country tamed by the towelheads.

How embarrassing Laura Moodie trying to tell a woman who was born & bred in Glasgow what it was like when she was born and bred in Yorkshire. Honesty you couldn’t make this shit up

Breaking news that Andy Burnham oversaw a £55m taxpayer loan linked to Man City’s owners. He’s clearly compromised and must come clean on all his financial links to the club’s owners. English football fans deserve so much better than this sorry mess. telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/10…

A migrant burst onto the school grounds of a school in Glasgow today armed with a knife, and it isn't on the news. Why the fuck is this being covered up? We have now had multiple separate witness accounts from parents of children that an immigrant armed with at least one knife was caught in the grounds of a school in Whitecrook today during school hours, and the school had to go into lockdown until first responders arrived to jail this fucking lunatic. Why isn't this on the news? Nothing but a shitty cover up article from the CB Post, where they don't even mention the blade he had or the rucksack that was also found in his possession. This is a 10 minute walk from my house! This cannot go on.
Another immigrant ran through the Holy Reedemer school on East Barns Street in Whitecrook, Clydebank with A KNIFE today. None of us have heard anything about it in the media. I have also heard from another witness who has said that he had a rucksack too. @andyburnham @JohnSwinney this is beyond a fucking joke now.

She raised the alarm 181 times. 181 separate referrals, about girls being groomed and abused in one northern town. For years, almost nothing happened. Then they made her redundant. Her name was Sara Rowbotham. She was born in Middleton, Greater Manchester. She was not a police officer, not a senior manager, not a politician. She worked for the NHS in Rochdale, on a small team called the Crisis Intervention Team, offering sexual health support to young people. She started there in 2004. It was the kind of job where teenagers told you things they told nobody else. And what they were telling her was horrifying. Young girls, many of them vulnerable, many of them already known to services, were being groomed, passed around and sexually exploited by groups of men. This was not a rumour. It was not one case. It was a pattern. So she did exactly what she was supposed to do. She reported it. Between 2005 and 2011, Sara and her team made 181 referrals detailing the abuse and grooming of young people. 181. Each one was a child. Each one was a warning. Here is the part that should make people angry. Those warnings went to the agencies whose job was to protect children. And again and again, they were not acted on. Some of the girls were treated as if they were making choices about their own lives, rather than as children being abused. Think about what that actually meant. A girl of thirteen or fourteen, being exploited by grown men, and the system looking at her and seeing a problem teenager instead of a victim. Sara would not accept that. She kept reporting. She kept pushing. She kept telling anyone who would listen that this was happening, and it was happening now. In May 2012, nine men were convicted in the Rochdale grooming case. Suddenly, everyone wanted to know how it had been allowed to go on for so long. That year, Sara gave evidence. She told the Home Affairs Select Committee in Parliament that Rochdale's child protection services had failed to act on her alerts, and that the abuse had been widespread. She said it in public. About the system she still worked within. Two years later, in 2014, she was made redundant. Two more years. Then gone. The woman who had done more than almost anyone to expose what happened in Rochdale was out of a job. For a while, it looked as if that would be the end of it. Another person who had told the truth, quietly moved aside. Then, in May 2017, the BBC broadcast a drama called Three Girls, based on the Rochdale case. Sara was in it. The actress Maxine Peake played her. Millions of people watched a sexual health worker refuse, again and again, to let it go, and wondered who she really was. Within days, a petition was started calling for her to be formally recognised. It gathered more than 275,000 signatures. Consider what it took to get there. Years of being ignored by the people who should have listened. Losing her job. And it took a television drama for the country to find out her name. By then, she had already found another way to serve the town. She was elected as a local councillor for North Middleton, and she went on to become Deputy Leader of Rochdale Borough Council and its cabinet member for health and wellbeing. The woman who had been pushed out of the system ended up helping to run part of it. In 2018, she received a Special Recognition Award at the NHS Heroes Awards. That October she became an honorary member of the NSPCC's council. In 2021, she was appointed MBE for services to young people. Her case became one of the clearest examples in modern Britain of what happens when a frontline worker sees abuse and the institutions above her do not respond. It is now part of how social workers, health workers and police are trained to think about exploitation, and part of an ongoing national reckoning with grooming gangs that has still not finished.

🇵🇹 Ronaldo Has Become a Parody of Himself 📖 Narcissism: an excessive preoccupation with oneself, accompanied by a craving for admiration and an inflated sense of one's own importance. I’m not diagnosing Cristiano Ronaldo. I’m describing behaviour. And his extraordinary 1,740 word tantrum provides quite the case study. This entire saga began because a 41 year old footballer was told he might play 30 minutes for Portugal and then didn't. Jorge Jesus changed his mind during a match. Ronaldo considered this betrayal worthy of a manifesto. Then comes the truly extraordinary part. Ronaldo reveals that a document was prepared detailing what Jesus should say publicly. Among the proposed lines was an apology for warming up someone of the "stature of Pele or Diego Maradona" without bringing him on. Imagine the staggering vanity required to approve those words about yourself and then publish them believing they strengthen your case. Portugal created this monster. For years they indulged Ronaldo, massaged the ego and hoped Father Time might eventually introduce the realism nobody around him possessed the courage to provide. They waited too long. Last week I asked whether anybody in Portuguese football had the balls to tell Ronaldo his time was up. Jorge Jesus finally did. Ronaldo responded like a pampered child being told no. He left the camp, blamed others and has now produced nearly 2,000 words explaining why Cristiano Ronaldo remains the victim in the continuing tragedy of Cristiano Ronaldo. He even wants "one or more farewell matches". Naturally. Apparently even his goodbye requires a tour. An extraordinary footballer has become a deeply embarrassing spectacle. Father Time won. Ronaldo simply cannot accept the result. ✍️ P.S. Last time I dared question Ronaldo, the cult descended. So, for clarity, as a footballer and athlete he was extraordinary, one of the greatest we've ever seen. I don’t need his goal statistics from the Saudi league waved at me as proof that he somehow remains an elite footballer. My eyes have told me for years that he’s washed at the highest level. His devoted following can continue to delude themselves if they wish. His reputation cannot outrun reality forever.
