Ballots in America should be printed in English only. There is absolutely no reason our election system should be made more complicated by printing them in 12 different languages.

The guy in charge of the ballots in Champaign County, Illinois is under federal indictment. He's also on the ballot.
Clerk Aaron Ammons is charged with obstruction for allegedly helping cover for his wife, a Democrat state rep facing eight counts of wire fraud. He asked to push his own federal trial to December so he could run this election, and he got it.
So how's that going? His office mailed more than 600 ballots with the wrong state House races on them. Early voting got shut down, and a lot of voters found out when they showed up. 28 people already voted on bad ballots, and those votes can't be fixed.
One of the races they botched is a seat the Republican won by 269 votes last time. His wife's district got scrambled too.
This is the same office that blamed a "cyberattack" in 2022, had an outage on Election Day 2024, and printed a GOP candidate's name as "Tad."
Congress gave him until Friday to explain himself. Republicans asked Illinois AG Kwame Raoul to step in, and his office wouldn't even comment.
If an indicted Republican clerk pulled this three weeks before an election, it would be on every network for a week. Instead it's crickets.

➡️ End the automatic increases
➡️ Cut vehicle registration fees in half

AG Raoul’s intentional avoidance of talking about the murder of a Chicago police officer is further evidence of the Democratic Party’s stance:
Criminals are the good guys,
Police are the bad guys, and
Victims don’t matter.
Illinois AG Kwame Raoul’s office put out 13 press releases this week.
None was about the murder of a CPD officer at Swedish Hospital.
When we asked, he said he made that choice on purpose.
Other politicians didn’t offer explanations for their silence.
