From idea to impact. Zion Woods began as a community vision in Deerfield and is now a 25‑unit affordable housing development. It opened in June 2025 and offers families and individuals a welcoming place to call home.

The New Broadview in East St. Louis earned two major honors: the 2026 Housing Tax Credit Excellence Award for Veterans Housing from @AHTCCoalition & the 2026 @landmarksill Driehaus Preservation Award. This restored 1927 landmark now offers 110 affordable homes.
