SUCCESSFUL DEFAMATION LAWYER EXPLAINER: I assess the chances for a lawsuit by Talarico as very low. I do not know what is true and what is not, but there are many considerations that would make a lawsuit unlikely. There are legal problems with the merits... (Is it defamatory to claim someone sought mental health treatment? BTW, Texas has an anti-SLAPP law - I know because I've beaten leftists with it nitter.cf/benshapiro/status/1017…) There are evidentiary problems... (E.g., What about this alleged phone call?) There are tactical problems... (Does Talarico really want to keep talking about where he was for 12 days?) Discovery would be interesting... He could file and dismiss 11/4 before serving it. But as an actual legal case, this has serious problems.

Please know that flu shots for 50+ are mRNA. Moderna’s study showed 23 died in mRNA group vs 9 in traditional flu shot group. Side effects are significantly higher for mRNA shot. Neither mRNA or traditional flu shot have been shown to decrease risk of hospitalization or death.

I really do not think the EU should lecture the US when it comes to buying fossil fuels from Russia and thereby financing the war. The EU spends 19 times more on Russian energy and fertilizer than the US, so the hysterical reaction to a few tons of Diesel is pure theatre.
