After finishing the game the blue trail only appeared a few times and wasn't even that big of an issue
Insomniac say that they are exploring a toggle option for the blue scent trail in ‘WOLVERINE’.
A hotfix has been put in place to reduce their opacity to make them less intense.

Final score is a 9/10 I had a blast with this game! 😂
I really hope they add dlc and an endless gauntlet mode. More suits would be cool too
