The Immersive Workshop on Artificial Intelligence for SAI Leaders, organised by the INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI) @INTOSAI_IDI , was inaugurated at the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India in New Delhi.
The workshop was inaugurated in the presence of Dy. CAG (HR) Shri K. S. Subramanian, Dy. CAG (IR) Ms Lata Mallikarjuna, DG (IR) Ms Ritu Dhillon, Dy. DG (IDI) Ms Archana Shirsath and Asst. DG (IDI) Ms Jade Quarrell.

Hosted by the CAG of India on behalf of IDI, the workshop is being conducted under the MoU establishing the CAG–IDI Capacity Building Hub in India, which will support capacity-building initiatives for Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) worldwide.
The workshop brings together 24 senior delegates from 21 countries, including 13 Heads of SAIs.

One of the strategic priorities of @PASAI_HQ is strengthening #PFM through advocating for #SAIindependence. In a workshop led by Benjamin Fuentes Castro of @INTOSAI_IDI , the PASAI Congress explored some of the informal factors that impact SAI independence.
How can SAIs best strengthen audit quality? Great to see insights from SAIs of New Zealand, Fiji, Marshall Islands, the Audit Office of New South Wales and other relevant stakeholders at the 26th PASAI Congress alongside IDI introducing different fit-for-purpose solutions to establish the System of Audit Quality as per revised ISSAI 140 standards.
The 2nd panel @PASAI_HQ Congress emphasized improving #auditquality via regional collaboration. Discussions covered quality management & new auditing standards. Grant Taylor @auditor_general highlighted the need for a strong audit quality system & leadership to tackle high risks.
