As part of the ongoing Metromover upgrade project, Financial District Station will be closed for five weeks beginning Saturday, October 24, 2026. The Brickell Loop will continue operating during this time. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the Metromover system.

ALERT: Due to technical difficulties, the Metromover Inner Loop is currently out of service. The Omni and Brickell Loops remain operational.

UPDATE: Normal Metrorail service has resumed.

ALERT: Due to technical difficulties at Earlington Heights, Metrorail is operating Green Line service only. An Orange Line Train Shuttle will operate between Earlington Heights and Miami International Airport stations. Single-tracking is also in effect between Martin Luther King Jr. and Earlington Heights stations. All trains will service Brownsville Station on Track 2. Riders should expect delays and allow additional travel time.

On Saturday, October 24, all Metromover stations will be closed until 2 p.m. Bus shuttle service will operate on all loops from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please plan accordingly.

UPDATE: Bus bridge service is now operating only between Allapattah and Overtown stations. Metrorail trains are operating normally south of Overtown and between Allapattah and Palmetto stations. Passengers should continue to expect delays and allow additional travel time.

ALERT: Due to police activity, Metrorail service is temporarily disrupted between Allapattah and Douglas Road stations. A bus bridge is being provided between these stations to assist passengers. Riders should expect delays and allow additional travel time. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

ALERT: Metromover service on the Omni Loop is experiencing delays due to a loss of power. Please allow for additional travel time.

UPDATE: Metrorail service has resumed. Extended delays are expected throughout the system as service returns to normal. Please allow for additional travel time.

ALERT: Due to technical difficulties near Earlington Heights and Allapattah stations, Metrorail is experiencing systemwide delays. Crews are on site working to resolve the issue. Please allow for additional travel time.

ALERT: Due to technical difficulties affecting Green Line service between Palmetto and Okeechobee stations, all trains will terminate at Okeechobee. Bus shuttle service is being requested between Palmetto and Okeechobee stations.
