Mary Star coach Tyler Sestich tells me the keys to this W would mean a lot to this program. The Stars have not won back2back league crowns since the early 2000’s.
Also said a key is to limit the mistakes, which they’ve done a better job of since I last covered a Mary Star game
Thank you Nick and @breezepreps for covering our game last night.
Postgame with Mary Star QB Ian Ditch, who threw for 4 TDs and ran for two more.. I wanted to get his headspace on the two turnovers he had coming out of halftime & more. @breezepreps @MaryStarfball @IanDitchQB
This weekend, I coached with my dad the Southbay Jags (SBJ) girls flag football team in the High School (4 total teams) and 14U (15 teams total) division in the @HardCountAthltx Halloween Horror Tournament in Santa Ana and won the championship in both divisions. I called all the offensive plays. So proud of all the ballers on the team and looking forward to more coaching opportunities in the future.
