The Internet Computer is now at the point where you can test and feel mass market platforms built on cloud engines. That is how Pierre Samaties frames where the work has got to. What comes next, he says, is walking down the road of adoption with Pakistan, with the UNDP, and with all the other governments that come out of this. @PierreSamaties @dfinity

What is $ICP? This is the first episode of my new series about the Internet Computer. It starts with a simple question... Who owns the internet?

Digital transformation only works if it happens at the whole-of-nation level, across every sector at once. Pakistan established an apex body containing the prime minister and every provincial chief minister, mandated to sign off on AI-led transformation across government, with the Pakistan Digital Authority working across all of it. Twelve critical sectors, each getting its own strategy. Dr. Sohail Munir frames the third pillar as a question: how do we reimagine governance in an AI-native era? @sohailmunir @digitalauthpk

$ICP - THIS is what really deserves your attention! 🚨Potential move: +1028% (Charts never lie) In 2022, we were in a strong downtrend for 567 days, but as soon as the price broke the structure, we got a 645% pump to the upside in just 126 days🤯 After that, the price gradually declined for 917 trading days and formed a huge liquidity compression above. Now, we are approaching the same level that we were at in 2023 before the 650% rally. But think about it logically: the price has been in accumulation for 917 days, which is twice as long as the previous cycle! I expect ICP to reach 38$ within 250-400 trading days, which would result in a 1028% move to the upside. My targets: $24.680 $38.020

🧠 $ICP IS LETTING AI AGENTS CONTROL ONCHAIN APPS DFINITY has launched MCP infrastructure that allows authorized AI assistants to discover and interact with applications running on $ICP. With user permission, an AI agent can read app data and execute actions directly on the user’s behalf. That changes the interface completely. Instead of humans using blockchain apps… AI agents can start using them for us.

In 2021, @dominic_w said DFINITY employs more leading cryptographers than perhaps any other major tech organization. So I went and checked who actually built the Internet Computer. The list is wilder than I expected 👇 $ICP

New release 💙 OISY 2.6 adds XRP and Robinhood. It lets you hold compute as an asset and introduces OISY Tips, for thanking someone with more than words. Friends of XRP and Robinhood, the wait is over: XRP holders can now hold, send and swap native XRP in OISY. Robinhood brings its tokens and a curated selection of tokenized stocks into the same wallet, next to your Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, ICP and more.
Compute, the currency of the future, now in your wallet: AI agents and apps need compute to run, and compute is quickly becoming one of the most valuable resources there is. With OISY, you can now hold it in your wallet. On the Internet Computer, compute is paid for in cycles. Cycles pay for apps and AI agents to run on a network that is sovereign, tamperproof and always-on.
OISY now allows you to hold cycles as TCYCLES. You can turn ICP into TCYCLES directly in OISY.
OISY Tips, thank someone with more than words: Someone helped you out. A barista remembered your order, a developer answered your question, a creator made something you loved. Now you can thank them with something real. Create a tip, choose the amount, and share it as a link or QR code. They can claim it even if they’ve never used a crypto wallet. Until they do, the money stays safely in your wallet.
And as always: many more quality of life improvements! Check it out on oisy.com

$ICP IS THE TOP PERFORMER TODAY 🏆 It is gaining momentum after the network processed 138.9M transactions in a single 24-hour window yesterday. The chart is holding above key support, with $3 as the level to watch. If momentum continues, the next major resistance sits at $3.69

I've held and accumulated $ICP for quite some time. Here's why: I think $ICP may be one of the most undervalued assets in crypto when you look at the technology and the potential use case. Most people think of blockchain primarily in terms of decentralized money and finance. ICP is attempting something much broader: decentralizing the computing infrastructure of the internet itself. The Internet Computer is designed so applications, websites, databases and backend services can run directly on decentralized blockchain infrastructure rather than depending entirely on centralized cloud providers. Its smart contracts can even serve web pages directly to users. (Internet Computer) Think about the parallel. - Bitcoin challenged centralized money. - DeFi challenged centralized finance. - ICP is attempting to challenge centralized cloud computing and internet infrastructure. That becomes increasingly important if blockchain adoption reaches the scale many of us believe is coming. The technology goes well beyond simply hosting another smart-contract platform. Through Chain Fusion, ICP applications can interact with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and other networks, including signing transactions without relying on traditional centralized bridges or custodians. (ICP Developer Docs) Then there is AI. ICP already supports AI inference through smart contracts, including an LLM canister that developers can use to build AI agents on the network. The longer-term goal is sovereign AI that can operate without depending entirely on centralized servers controlled by Big Tech. (Internet Computer) Now look at the chart. Since the initial collapse, $ICP has spent years compressing inside an enormous macro falling wedge. This is exactly the type of structure I watch when I suspect long-term accumulation may be occurring beneath the surface. I can see years of compression, declining volatility, repeated support, and price refusing to disappear despite the retail market largely treating the asset as dead. You've often heard me see that retail is always wrong and easily falls victim to narratives meant to mislead. And now momentum is beginning to change. That combination is important to note. The technology has continued developing while price has spent years being compressed. Personally, I think that disconnect between technology, potential utility and current valuation is what makes ICP so interesting. If the future really does involve a decentralized financial system, I also believe we eventually need decentralized computing infrastructure to support it. Finance cannot become truly decentralized if everything still depends on centralized servers underneath it. That is the part of the $ICP thesis I think many people are overlooking. The chart looks compressed. The technology looks increasingly relevant. Now we watch for the structure to finally resolve. $ICP #InternetComputer #Crypto #Blockchain #AI #Web3 #TechnicalAnalysis

DFINITY’s Chief Business Officer Pierre Samaties explained the details of their cooperation agreement with UNDP, announced in August 2026 to pilot sovereign cloud and decentralized AI for public-sector use. The agreement centers on three technologies—OpenCloud cloud engines for tamperproof sovereign compute, Caffeine AI for natural-language app building, and AIware/OpenSaaS for open business application suites—deployed across UNDP internally, civil society organizations, and governments.

A personal agent should get to know you over time—without locking you into one model provider. That means memory you can inspect and correct, context that carries across sessions, and tools to get real work done. Anda Bot 0.13.0 brings that vision closer with KIP v2 memory and a new desktop workbench. Open source. Local-first. Bring your own model API key. Give it a try and tell us what you’d want it to remember.
A personal agent should remember more than your last prompt. It should carry forward your preferences, understand the history of your projects, and help you keep working without starting from scratch every session. That’s what we’re building with Anda Bot. Anda Bot 0.13.0 is out—an open-source, local-first personal agent, with two major upgrades from 0.12: → KIP v2 memory protocol → A brand-new desktop client Memory that grows with your work Powered by Anda Brain, Anda builds a persistent knowledge graph of people, projects, preferences, events, and decisions. It distills useful context from conversations and recalls it when needed, rather than relying only on searches through old chat logs. But remembering is only half the job. A personal agent also needs to handle corrections and change. With KIP v2, you can inspect what Anda remembers, review its sources, and distinguish between: • “I said it wrong.” • “Things changed.” • “You recorded it wrong.” A project changing direction shouldn’t erase its history. And an incorrectly recorded fact shouldn’t be treated as something you actually believed. New memory entity pages let you explore related records and see which claims are current, uncertain, contested, or superseded. A place to work together The new Anda Desktop brings chat, memory, browser tools, terminals, Git, and skills into one workbench on macOS and Windows. Desktop, CLI, and the Chrome extension share the same local runtime. Different ways to work with the same personal agent. More than conversation Anda can work with files, use browser and shell tools, coordinate specialized subagents, and pursue long-running goals across conversation compaction. It can also collaborate with coding tools like Claude Code and Codex. Persistent memory carries relevant project context into the next session, so the work doesn’t have to begin with another explanation of who you are and what you’re building. Open source. Built in Rust. Bring your own model API key. The runtime and memory live locally; model requests go to the provider you configure. Your working context shouldn’t have to be tied to a single model provider. Try Anda Bot 0.13.0: anda.bot What’s the first thing you’d want your personal agent to remember?
