Passing through Geneva County today, I ran into these neat little places called “voting houses.” This one is named Revell’s after a former store. Apparently some controversy as the county may want to get rid of these. There are about a dozen of them in Geneva Co. #alpolitics

My 4yo screams and is inconsolable with port changes. Last time as I held him and tried to tell him everything was ok his nurse stopped me. She said “first rule mama - none of this is ok. “ then she pulled her top down a bit to reveal her own port scar. She bent down to show my boy and said “you scream buddy. As loud as you can. That’s what I did. You keep fighting like this and I know you’re going to win.” Every time we see her she flexes her muscles and he flexes his. These nurses are angels. I hope you win your fight.
