FLOCK CAMERAS & YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
As a candidate for U.S. House — Missouri’s 7th District in 2028 — I believe we need to have an honest conversation about Flock license-plate-reader cameras and the Constitution.
The Fourth Amendment protects Americans against unreasonable searches and seizures. Flock cameras can collect license-plate numbers along with the vehicle’s image, location, date and time. That creates a searchable record of where vehicles were observed in public.
The question is not simply, “Can police see your license plate?”
The bigger constitutional question is:
How much information can the government collect, retain, search, share and combine about ordinary Americans before surveillance becomes unreasonable?
Flock says its searches are restricted, logged and tied to investigative purposes. It also says agencies control whether data is shared with other agencies.
Those safeguards are important — but constitutional rights should not depend solely on internal policies.
The Fourteenth Amendment also protects due process and equal protection against government action. Any government surveillance system should therefore operate under clear, publicly available rules, meaningful oversight, and procedures that protect people from arbitrary or improper government use.
I am not saying every use of a Flock camera has already been ruled unconstitutional.
I am saying Americans have a right to demand that government prove its surveillance practices are consistent with the Constitution.
If government can record where your vehicle goes, we should ask:
• Who can access that information?
• What justification is required for a search?
• How long is the information retained?
• Can it be shared with other agencies?
• What happens when the system gets it wrong?
• What independent oversight exists?
• What legal remedy does an innocent person have?
Public safety and constitutional liberty should not be treated as enemies.
We can protect both.
As a candidate for Congress, I believe government surveillance should be limited, transparent, accountable and subject to constitutional safeguards.
Your rights don't disappear because you're driving down a public road.

Heidenreich for Congress 2028**
*(People First • Uphold the Constitution)*
Good afternoon, friends and neighbors.
My name is Heidenreich, and I’m running for Congress because I believe something simple and powerful: **the people come first**, and the Constitution is the foundation that protects that principle.
For too long, Washington has treated everyday Americans as an afterthought. Decisions are made behind closed doors, priorities get flipped upside down, and the voices of working families, small-business owners, parents, and seniors get drowned out. That ends now.
**People first** means listening before legislating.
It means asking how a bill will affect the family sitting around the kitchen table—not just the special interests sitting in the lobby.
It means protecting the dignity of work, the security of our communities, and the opportunity for the next generation to do better than the last.
**Upholding the Constitution** is not optional. It is the oath every member of Congress swears. The Constitution is not a suggestion. It is the supreme law that limits government power so that individual liberty can thrive. Free speech, due process, equal protection, the right to keep and bear arms, the separation of powers—these are not partisan talking points. They are the guardrails that keep our republic free.
When I go to Washington, I will fight for:
- Policies that put families and workers ahead of bureaucracy and special interests
- Strict adherence to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights
- Accountability and transparency so the people always know what their government is doing
- Common-sense solutions that strengthen our economy, secure our borders, and protect our communities—without sacrificing the freedoms that make America exceptional
This campaign is not about me. It is about you. It is about restoring a government that serves the people instead of ruling over them.
I am asking for your trust, your support, and your vote in 2028—not so I can gain power, but so we can put power back where it belongs: with the people, under the Constitution.
Thank you. God bless you, and God bless the United States of America.

We need to put a stop ✋️ to Flock in
Missouri.
We don't want it.
Not to mention it's a violation of the 14th amendment and the 4th amendment of the constitution.
Just saying 🤷

The word sell means to relinquish control of said property.
So How is the government charging you every year with threat of seizure or fines ,for something that you own and supposedly have full control of?
How does the government tell you what you can and can't do on a property you supposedly control?
How does the government permit you to build or not to build on a property you control.
These are the questions everyone should be asking and the issue we should be voting to do away with.
If im elected I'll be proposing a bill that completely does away with this problem.
We need to do away with property taxes period!
If you own it you own it....
