Big thanks to @united for fucking up my honeymoon. I wasn’t actually upset about it until you all gave me the run around, sending me to 6 different people over 2 hours to get very basic answers while denying fault the entire way.

Issue #10 - Flight cancelled We sat then sat on the tarmac for an hour and half and they cancelled the flight. We still have no plan to get to Newark for our flight tomorrow. Thanks @united @PeteButtigieg

Issue #11 - Create your own Plan B All the flights are booked to Newark now. We had to scramble find a new itinerary by ourselves. It’s a flight to Detroit, a flight to Philadelphia and then a bus to Newark for our 15 hour flight tomorrow night. Man, what a day.
