I did not and would never consent to this administration running my fanart through AI and posting it. Can’t even believe I’m saying these words.

SIR PATRICK STEWART (1940-2026)
Before everything else, Patrick was defined by being born and bred in Yorkshire, the proud county in the north of England which he loved to the end. You could hear it in his accented voice and in the stern honesty with which he told you what he thought and felt. Yorkshiremen have no truck with half-truths or avoidance of big issues. He wore his heart on his sleeve, which made him a man to rely on, to admire and in my case, love.
We first met as ambitious young actors with the Royal Shakespeare Company half a century ago but we weren’t in the same productions. My first strong memory was a few years later, meeting him in the street in central London when he told me about an offer to take over a leading part in 'Star Trek'. “But Patrick think of your stage career in the UK. Do you really want to risk—getting lost in Hollywood for years and years?”. Well, he took the risk and thank goodness for us all that he did for not just his devoted Trekkies but film and theatre audiences, who marvelled at his using international celebrity to star in a string of cinema successes ('X-Men' of course) and in great classical plays by Shakespeare, Ibsen, Arthur Miller, Peter Shaffer, Pinter and Beckett at Stratford-upon-Avon, in London’s West End and on Broadway.
America was his adopted home, where he met his adored Sunny who has cared for him through sickness and health, through thick and thin. But he never forsook his origins: and the proudest achievement of the most respected and beloved actor of his generation on either side of the Atlantic, was his appointment as Chancellor of Huddersfield University in Yorkshire.
His farewell performance in 'Avengers: Doomsday' is yet to be seen.

can i ratio Gladd with Bungie Is The Reason The Heart Still Beats
My thoughts on today's Destiny 2 news from Bungie:
First off, these are just honest thoughts about a GAME. I think one of the more interesting things about Destiny 2 and Marathon is how they both exist in a space where you can spend an unreasonable amount of time thinking about something that ultimately doesn’t really need to be thought about that much. And I think that’s kind of the beauty of it, honestly.
Because when you really sit down and look at it, there’s a lot going on, but at the same time, there’s also not necessarily that much going on, depending on how you look at it. Destiny has always had this thing about it where you can sort of get lost in the idea of what it is, while Marathon feels like it’s doing something similar, but in a way that’s also completely different.
And I don’t think that’s necessarily a good or bad thing. It’s just interesting to think about, especially when you consider how much things change while also somehow staying exactly the same. There’s definitely something there, and I think people are going to continue having conversations about it for a while, whether that leads anywhere or not.
At the end of the day, I think both games are games that exist, and there’s something to be said about that. Not sure what, exactly, but something. Maybe that’s the point, or maybe there isn’t really a point to begin with. Either way, I think it’s worth keeping an eye on things and seeing where they go from here.
Just my thoughts.

Former Valve dev Chet Faliszek has fired back at Epic CEO Tim Sweeney over his latest attacks on Steam.
Sweeney claims Valve is holding PC gaming back and criticizes Steam’s AI disclosure rules.
Faliszek argues that these disclosures help players make informed decisions:
“You’re just treating players like they’re stupid.”
He also points out that Epic’s own Fab marketplace uses AI disclosures.
And his response to Sweeney? Put Alan Wake 2 on Steam if you’re really that pro-consumer.
