Corruption in Kanpur has reached the highest levels. @nagarnigamknp ,@kdakanpur and PWD are all controlled by the @BJP4UP, and corruption is rampant across these departments.
That is why Kanpur is struggling with garbage, broken roads and poor infrastructure. Councillors are resigning, yet the government remains silent. Why? Because those involved in the alleged corruption belong to the BJP itself.

India has 463 cities, and Kanpur is proudly titled India's 13th cleanest and 5th cleanest air city. Imagine the situation of other cities 🤡
I feel that the work @yadavakhilesh did for Kanpur during his five-year tenure is far more than what the @myogiadityanath government has managed to accomplish so far, not even 20% of it.
Just look at projects like:
* Trans Ganga City
* New Transport Nagar
* Panki Industrial Hub
* Jhakarkati Bus Stand Renovation
There are many more development projects initiated under Akhilesh Yadav that deserve recognition.
Before watching this video, set aside your political differences and look at Kanpur’s current condition with an open mind.
We have serious political differences with Akhilesh Yadav and his party. His tenure did not do enough for Kanpur and people rejected him for it. But ten years later, Kanpur is declining badly, with no visible progress beyond the metro while major projects remain on paper.
The question now is not who made mistakes in the past, but how Kanpur can move forward. We cannot afford to lose more time while the city continues to lose its industrial strength and standing under the current leadership.
Kanpur has already lost too much ground. Perhaps it is time to look at alternatives with an open mind, hoping that a change in approach finally brings progress rather than regret.
