Mississippi jail tricks disabled inmate into volunteering to be electrocuted—in exchange for a Coke. Just leaked video also show him being lied to about early release—only to beat him up as a "prank." 3 people involved still work there—at least 1 applied for ICE after Trump was elected. Barry Vaughn—who the inmate is forced to sing happy birthday to—has since been promoted to Undersheriff for the entire county's sheriff department. The inmate in this video, Larry Buckhalter, died at the age of 55. The incident occurred at the Rankin County Adult Detention Center in Brandon, Mississippi. #DemsUnited
