Nothing but respect for these teams for making a difficult decision and standing firm in their values. As coaches, our responsibility goes far beyond developing athletes on the field. We have a responsibility to create environments where young girls and women feel safe, respected, supported, and empowered to use their voices. Having been in a position where similar decisions had to be made, we understand that walking away from something you’ve invested so much time, energy, and heart into is never easy. But doing what’s right isn’t always what’s easiest. Protecting our girls and young women in sports will ALWAYS be bigger than any organization, reputation, or opportunity. No name or affiliation should ever come before the safety and well being of female athletes. Proud to see other coaches choosing their athletes over an organization’s name and standing firm in what they believe is right. At the end of the day, the name across your chest means nothing if the values behind it aren’t being upheld. We are beyond grateful to be a part of @ImpactGoldOrg 👏🏼 #WomenInSports #SpeakUpSpeakOut #ProtectWomensSports #SoftballLife

CAROLINA ELITE SHOWCASE RECAP 🥎💙💛 Finished the weekend 2-2 against some tough competition! Both losses came down to the final moments, reminding us how important it is to stay gritty, execute under pressure, and finish strong. We continue to challenge ourselves against high-level competition because that’s where growth happens. Lots of positives to build on and lessons to carry forward as we keep learning, adjusting, and getting better together. Keep competing. Keep growing. Trust the process. 💙💛 🥎 OFFENSIVE HIGHLIGHTS 🔥 Bella Ellis | USC Union Commit @IsabellaE2027 • .556 BA • 3 RBIs • 1.192 OPS 🔥 Jaelynn Motley | UNCOMMITTED 2028 @JaeMotley28 • .500 BA • 1 Stolen Base 🔥 Jordan Austin | UNCOMMITTED 2028 @JordanAliAustin • .400 BA • 2 Doubles 💪 PITCHING STANDOUTS ⭐ Malaya Holt | JCSU Commit @MalayaH2028 • 3.0 IP • 2.62 ERA • 2 Strikeouts ⭐ Taryn Jenkins | FMU Commit @tarynjenkins_8 • 3.0 IP • 2.33 ERA • 5 Strikeouts @ImpactGoldOrg #trustourprocess #thegoldstandard #goldblooded
