Saturdays are for hitting work! Put everything I’ve been working on these past few months. Seeing the ball, staying in my lower body, stacked body placement, and consistency in my swings, even adding in active takes!. #GOLDBLOODED #trustOURprocess

Another great week in the books!
These ladies are putting in the work individually and as a team. Love watching them grow!
“Great teams don’t pray for success; they work for it. They don’t hope to win; they expect to win because of the preparation they’ve put in.” — Pat Summitt
Had a great lesson tonight! Did some conditioning at the end after we did some plyos, weighted vest, and specific pitch sequencing! My growth in these last 3 years is only possible with the best coaches ever!
