Yesterday at Delhi’s India International centre (iiC) the jury to select best environmental and political journalists gave precedence to quality journalism over journalists with big names. Also, the three journalists don’t belongs to legacy media. This confirms a trend visible at Jantar Mantar- the credibility of mainstream is low.
