At Jagdalpur site also, Indravathi river has crossed its after 53 years. The HFL 544.68 m set on 09.07.1973 is crossed at 18:00 hour on 26.09.2026. Flood level in the river is forecasted to reach 545.05 m at 02:00 hour on 27.09.2026.
AFTER 53 YEARS, River Indravathi at Nowrangpur site in Nabarangapur dist, Odisha has crossed its HFL 559.33 meter dated 07.07.1973 at 16:00 hour on 25.09.2026 and continues to flow in extreme flood with rising trend.
River Nagavali at Janjhavati site in Vizianagaram has crossed its HFL 119.22m dated 24.10.2019 & set new HFL 120.38m on 25.09.26 which is 1.16m higher than old HFL. Flood level at the site increased by 2.76m in just 1 hr frm 116.74 m at 17:00hr to 119.5m at 18:00hr on 24.09.26.

This is the state of Ambil Odha, a tributary of Mutha in Pune.
It brings in everything to river except Clean water.
In 2019 it was flooded killing 21 citizens, washing away dozens of cars & houses.
Losses were more than 300 Cr.
And we are spending 4727 Cr on river beautification.
