Congratulations to our partners in Kokomo on the completion of a new 55,000-square-foot of conference center, featuring the Kokomo Automotive Heritage Museum and an adjoining five-story hotel, restaurant and lounge.The project was supported with $5 million from READI 1.0.
Exciting developments in Dearborn County! IEDC's John Launius gave remarks at the recent groundbreaking for Copper Creek Apartments in Greendale. Site work began earlier this year, and vertical construction is now underway.
