The best founders have one thing in common.
They ask for help.
For most, that is a Fractional Executive.
Sales comes down to 5 questions, asked in order:
1. Why did you want to meet today?
2. How long has this problem been going on?
3. How have you already tried to solve it in the past?
4. Why do you think that did not work?
5. What happens if you do nothing?
When riding my bike over 100 miles per week, it was always hard.
I asked a pro cyclist when it would not be so hard.
He said, "It never gets easier. You only get faster."
The same is true for business.
Growth comes down to focus.
That means saying "no" to everything but the one, most important, thing.
Do you know the game you're playing?
For example, every funding round is an exit event with a roll over.
Fast growth is based on stage:
1: Finding the big problem to solve.
2: Founders Sales abilities
3: Quality of systems and hires
4: Fractional help and consultants
I just learned that EBITDA is not reduced with Fractional Talent. But, employee salaries do lower it.
This is hard for first time founders:
Systems are needed to grow the company.
Systems in Finance, Sales, and Product...
