So im gonna do a thread about 3 concepts that have come up in relation to Palestine demos in the UK, the main one being "de-escalation", which is overused and misunderstood. contrary to what the wise official stewards often claim *most* "de-escalation" is actually quite harmful

Another 700+ increase in DSA members today. This is where the large bump turns into an extended increase that's multiple times higher than normal. This is about 4 to 5 times higher than the daily average. I expect DSA to hit 140K by EOY and 150K before next spring.

BREAKING: A mystery seller is trying to dump about $500 million in data center loans all at once, per Bloomberg, days after the midterms raised doubts about many projects. The anonymous seller is auctioning a dozen loans, including a $25 million piece of financing for a huge Stargate site in New Mexico, the joint project of OpenAI, SoftBank and Oracle.
