If you have not been travelling in Europe...you would also be one of them....
I travel across Europe by trains. People mind their business, read books, or the ones listening to music have their headphones on. Once in a while all you can hear is an infant crying.
I'm right now in a Vande Bharat train. Literally 30% passengers are watching YouTube or insta reels on their speaker phones. Ringtones so loud that even the next coach can hear it. People screaming and not actually talking.
Why can't we a little bit more civic, a bit more civilized. Why can't we understand that somebody's entertainment can be a nuisance for others. Same behaviour we carry abroad and then get called out.
When will we learn????
So what is @RBI doing here.....so imagine the outflows in 3-5 years time...is there a crisis brewing or is it prudent management of FX reserves....?

This is something even Vijay would not have expected. He might not have even thought of MLAs for various cabinet roles and important ministries. The people of TN have invited this experiment upon themselves!
Vijay does not need to form a majority Govt. He can be invited by the Governor to form the Govt and take a floor test and dare the DMK and AIADMK to vote him out. They wouldn't dare do this for now. My guess is if a floor test happens one group of MLAs may absent themselves to allow the confidence vote to pass. So theoretically he can run a minority Govt as long as the others won't join each other to vote him out.
Clearly shows you are a visitor there ....across the Middle East this is a common feature now and sensible people understand why.....if you are on the ground report something interesting....
