Pour la #France, le #Kenya et les États Unis, le regime de #Tshisekedi doit obligatoirement négocier avec les rebelles du M23 pour rétablir la paix dans cette partie du pays
Tshisekedi n'est pas crédible aux yeux de ses homologues. Il crois trop parler fait de lui bon leader. Mais en réalité ses propres paroles et ses actes entrent en contradiction et le discrédite...

H E #Kagame's leadership in #Rwanda has led to significant developmental achievements across various sectors . His achievements (few of them here below) have transformed Rwanda from a country devastated by Genocide Against the Tutsi to one of the most dynamic and progressive nations in Africa today.
1. Impresive Economic Growth: .The country has maintained an average annual GDP growth rate of around 7-8%, transforming from a low-income to a lower-middle-income country.
2. Poverty Reduction: With the policy of not leaving anyone behind, The poverty rate fell from 57% in 2005 to about 38% in recent years, significantly improving the standard of living for all Rwandans.
3. Health Improvements: Significant strides in healthcare. Life expectancy has increased from 49 years in 2000 to above 69 years in 2021. The introduction of universal healthcare coverage through the Mutuelle de Santé (MUSA) program has greatly improved access to medical services.
4. Education: Kagame has prioritized education, with the introduction of free primary and secondary education (9YBE and later 12YBE). Literacy rates have improved, and there has been a significant increase in school enrollment, particularly for girls, salaries for teachers increased & classrooms constructed.
5. Gender Equality: Rwanda has become a global leader in gender equality. Women hold over 60% of the seats in the Rwandan Parliament, the highest proportion of female parliamentary representation in the world.
6. Infrastructure Development: Extensive infrastructure development, incl. construction of roads, the expansion of Kigali International Airport, and the development of regional trade routes. The country has also invested in ICT, earning Kigali the nickname “the Silicon Valley of Africa.”
7. Governance and Stability: Political stability and corruption reduction, Rwanda is considered one of the least corrupt countries in Africa, with strong institutions and effective governance.
8. Environmental Sustainability: Rwanda has implemented numerous environmental policies, including banning plastic bags and promoting reforestation. The country has also invested in renewable energy sources to ensure sustainable development.
9. Tourism: Rwanda has become a significant tourist destination, known for its mountain gorillas and national parks. The tourism sector has become a vital part of the economy, contributing significantly to GDP.
10. Innovation and Technology: Rwanda has invested heavily in technology and innovation, aiming to become a knowledge-based economy. Initiatives such as the Kigali Innovation City and investment in broadband infrastructure are part of this vision.
