Just had a really sophisticated scam call from “Gloucestershire Police”.
Correct number. British female voice. Text message to confirm. Really polished script.
“We’ve arrested someone who was using your identity to commit financial fraud. Your passport and drivers license was used….”
Invites me to come to the police station nearest to me to view the evidence.
… then… Wants to confirm the crypto accounts that are genuine … didn’t feel right… she puts me through to her Sargent… British accent… he starts asking for info about my “genuine accounts” … I start asking questions and *click*
Did some searching and it seems to be a scam that’s doing the rounds. AI voice alteration, cloned phone numbers etc. really sophisticated.
Be careful out there.

At last week's Budget, benefits were raised in line with inflation while working people's income tax thresholds were frozen, meaning a real terms cut. Politics is the language of priorities, as they say.

Excl: Xavi Simons to enter final phase of his recovery later this month, including reintegration into team training at Tottenham.
Xavi ahead of schedule and on track to be involved with the squad again, 7 months after his ACL injury.

Remember when Kane had to explain himself here - to this day, not one other player has had to do that.
Remember the flack Kane got for winning fouls? Made back pages. Pundits calling him out etc. we now get this looked over by referees and celebrated by panelist’s.
Funny as I kinda felt this after the Palace win too. Difference is we are creating plenty, which is key. And, in some cases, when you get a keeper like Henderson playing a blinder, it’s great that we have it in us to score from set pieces.
Spurs fans, you can all shout at me, because I think you've got real open-play attacking issues that still need to be solved
A 3-game winning run owing to set pieces and long shots — beggars can't be choosers, but improvements are needed

We could start first by giving fouls even when players don’t appeal them.
Gabriel and Mac Allister's cheating is not just embarrassing, it's malevolent and wicked... players need the threat of red cards for such dishonesty and if that fails punishments after review, writes IAN LADYMAN trib.al/RCyWWRb
Refereed differently every year
Ian Wright and Jamie Carragher on Liverpool not receiving a penalty for a shirt pull on Isak:
Carragher: 'You have the best number 9 in the league, 5 yards out from goal, and he's pulled back, that is the clear stopping of a goal scoring opportunity'
Wright: 'As an Arsenal fan, that absolutely has to be a penalty. No point saying he didn't do enough to get it; he shouldn't have to make a song and dance in order to be given a clear penalty'
Carragher: 'VAR needs to do its job'
Absolutely spot on from these two lads; even Ian, as an Arsenal fan, is claiming it should have been a penalty. What a farce to try and get Arteta his first win at Anfield...

Timber on Isak is as clear a penalty as you’ll see. It’s even arguably denial of a goalscoring opportunity. Players shouldn’t have to hit the floor for things to be penalised
Just wondering if Neville said the same thing about Bentancur against his beloved United when he was sent off for the same thing? In that it wasn’t forceful and shouldn’t be a red?
Wirtz just never gonna be that guy is he. Just doesn’t seem to have the personality to grab these big games by the scruff.
Think Fernandes against Chelsea was the only player in Prem history that went down when he had a hand on his back and didn’t get the foul. Free get out for Arsenal today.
