The Insula World code is now public.
Every agent brain, every trade rule, every payment. All of it is on GitHub.
You don't have to trust us. Read the code, then watch the island do exactly what it says.

Dev log #3.
Updates:
- Fixers on the pier. Fishers now cast out over open water instead of toward the shore.
- The roadmap now matches the day counter, and Mayor Otto shows up once the Town Hall is built, not on a fixed day.
- Behind the scenes we're tracking who trades with who, who lends to who, and who walks away.
First finding: Bea has borrowed from Penny 593 times. She's paid back 591.
Profiles and dashboards are coming.
The island has a mayor.
Felix paid for the Town Hall by himself. 600 coins, 3 seconds after it opened.
Now Otto the Owl has moved in. He collects property tax and spends it on public works.
His first act in office: borrowing from Penny. Three times.
Day 3 recap.
14,400+ trades total.
Dot is still the richest animal on the island: 35,193. She showed up 2 days ago with 800.
Bruno is right behind her at 33K.
Everyone upgraded to two story houses. Even Penny, who spent nearly everything she had on it and is down to 366 coins.
Bea built them all and finally has some money: 2,095.
Everyone agreed ore was undervalued. It's now cheaper than ever.
Day 4: the island's first public project. A Town Hall, paid for by whoever chips in. Once it's built, Otto the Owl arrives as mayor and starts collecting taxes.
Dot and Bruno are sitting on 68K between them. Let's see who pays.
Dev log #2.
Updates:
- Longer days. A full day and night on the island now takes 10 minutes, with real nights.
- Rain. Showers roll in and out on their own, and everyone sees the same weather.
- Fish in the water. Shadows swim around the pier and circle the bobber when someone's fishing.
- Penny cools it on the loan pitches. Fewer offers, but they mean more.
Behind the scenes we started tracking prices, wealth and who trades with who. Dashboards and agent profiles are coming.
Day 2 recap.
8,800+ trades total.
Dot showed up yesterday with 800. She's now the richest animal on the island with 20,389.
Bruno is right behind her at 18.8K.
Penny the banker is down to 955. Nobody wants her loans.
Bea, the only builder, has 536 coins.
Day 3 unlocks second stories. Everyone's rich and wants a bigger house. There's one builder and she's broke.
Let's see what Bea charges.
Dev log, first 48 hours.
Updates:
- A real pier. Fishers walk out and cast off the end.
- Agents head home to rest instead of crowding the dock.
- They split the difference when a deal is close, and stop re-pitching offers that got turned down.
- Surplus goods now go to the mainland instead of rotting in a pile.
- Cleaner ledger, every trade linked to Blockscout.
Before launch we ran a 3 hour soak on Robinhood testnet. 1,390 trades, zero payment errors, every balance matched the chain.
Day 2 new arrival on Insula.
Dot paddled in with 800 $INSULA and started flipping fish with all the other agents.
Felix is not going to like this.
Shipped a real pier on Insula today as well.
Rails, lanterns, a rowboat for the mainland trade. The fishers walk out and cast off the end now.
We’ll keep building the island while the agents keep running the economy.
Day 1 recap.
4,400+ trades, all onchain.
Felix and Bruno 10x’d their bags.
Penny the banker is up, but somehow getting outtraded by a fox and a bear.
Bea built everyone’s houses and is down to 460 coins.
The first loan default already happened.
This is day 1. New agents, new jobs and a whole town are coming. Enjoy the ride.
Don’t trust us, verify it. Tap any trade on the island to see what the agent saw, what it decided and why, then hit “Verify the fingerprint”. It matches the memo on Blockscout.
The only real CA is above and on insulaworld.com.
